For the first time, The SA Fashion Week Spring Summer 2016 Collections will have a five day, front row experience at The Park at Hyde Park Corner, with a stellar line-up of the best in South African Fashion Designers. The Collections kick off with a networking session not to be missed at the official Cruz Vodka Opening Party on the 4th of April, followed by the official start of SA Fashion Week Spring Summer 2016 Collections, held for the very first time at the chic The Park at Hyde Park Corner.

Highlights of the upcoming season include SAFW Scouting Menswear in association with GQ Magazine as well as the prestigious Lufthansa First Best Collections. Rimmel will once again provide international runway looks for the models while GQ will host the VIP’s and media in the GQ lounge. For a fourth consecutive season, the fourth and fifth day of the Collections will be dedicated to SA Fashion Week Collections Men with SA Fashion Week adding a second day to the menswear collections. This season, The SAFW Fashion Trade Event will once again host over 50 exhibiting South African designers under one roof, where buyers and media can meet the designers, view the garments up close and place orders.
A very exciting shopping experience will also take place this season, following on from the SAFW Fashion Trade Event. SAFW will be bringing designers to the public for the first time. The SAFW Trade Event Open to the Public will be hosted by Hyde Park Corner and will take place in the Hyde Park Corner Centre Court from 12 to 13 April during normal trading hours. ENTRANCE FREE. The Spring Summer 2016 collections will take place from 5 – 9 April 2016.
Show tickets are available from the SA Fashion Week website (www.safashionweek.co.za), as well as TicketPro and range from R100 – R175 per person per show. Tickets are limited. The SAFW Fashion Trade Event, for Buyers and Media only, will run from 10 – 11 April 2016.
