Created, curated, and sprung from South African soil, this event is destined to make waves in the African entertainment scene, come this December 2023 in Pretoria. HEY NEIGHBOUR is not just another festival. It’s a global gathering, a vibrant celebration of music, culture, and most importantly, community.
